Our story

One machine.
One commitment.

Relyant Solutions started the way most manufacturing businesses don't: not with a facility, a workforce, or a business plan — but with a sewing machine in a garage in Middle Tennessee and a clear sense of what a good manufacturer should look like.

That was 2016. The commitment was simple: do the work right, keep every promise, and build the kind of operation you'd actually want to work with. Not the cheapest. Not the fastest. The most reliable.

Today we operate out of our facility at 754 Industrial Road in Centerville, Tennessee, with nearly 30 employees producing thousands of products a month for clients across defense, medical, automotive, and sporting goods. The facility runs cut-and-sew production, laser and strip cutting, assembly, and a growing 3PL fulfillment division.

We're a family-owned business. The founding partners are still involved in day-to-day operations. That hasn't changed, and we don't intend for it to.

Partners, Not Clients

In a client relationship, one party pays and the other delivers. In a partnership, both parties work toward a shared goal and both are rewarded in proportion to their commitment. That distinction shapes how we engage with every brand we work with.

Honest Before Comfortable

We'll tell you if your timeline isn't realistic, if your product isn't a fit for our floor, or if our price doesn't work for your model. We'd rather have that conversation on day one than three weeks into a project.

Quality Is Non-Negotiable

We make gear that goes into hard environments, onto people who depend on it. We don't cut corners on materials, labor, or QC — and we don't work with partners who want us to.

American Manufacturing Means Something

Not as a compliance checkbox. As proof that what you're building is real, that the people making it matter, and that the product is worth defending. We teach a trade, we pay well, and we're building something here that lasts.

We Keep Every Promise

Deadlines, specs, lead times, communication — if we say we'll do it, we do it. If something changes, we tell you before it affects you. That's not a differentiator. It's a minimum standard.

We don't want every project. We want the right ones. That selectivity isn't arrogance — it's how we make sure every partner gets our full attention, and how we make sure every product we put our name on is something we're proud of.

Our facility is at 754 Industrial Road, Centerville, TN 37033 — about an hour southwest of Nashville. Production, fulfillment, and management all operate from the same building.

We're not a remote team. If you need to come see the floor, meet the operators, or watch a sample get made — that's an option. We think it builds better partnerships.
