Custom Manufacturing

Let's build
something.

Short-run cut-and-sew manufacturing from 50 pieces. We handle material sourcing, production, QC, and fulfillment — and we stay involved from first conversation to final delivery.

How we work

Five steps.
No surprises.

Every manufacturing engagement follows the same arc. We'll tell you where you are in it at all times — and we'll tell you if something is going to take longer than expected before it does.

01

Inquiry

You tell us what you're building, how many, and what documentation you have. We tell you honestly whether it's a good fit for our floor.

02

Quote

We break down labor, materials, setup, and lead time. No hidden fees. If our price doesn't work for your model, we'll tell you that plainly.

03

Sample

For most new products we build a sample before committing to a full run. This is where we catch problems. It takes time. It's worth it.

04

Production

Full run on our floor. You get visibility into where your order stands. QC is built into the process — not bolted on at the end.

05

Delivery

Shipped to you or directly to your customers via our 3PL division. One relationship, one contract, one fewer handoff to manage.

Starting a project

What we need
from you.

You don't need a perfect tech pack to start a conversation. But the more of this you bring to the table, the faster we can move — and the more accurate your quote will be.

If you're early-stage, that's fine. We've helped brands build their documentation from scratch. Just be honest about where you are.

Capabilities

What our
floor does.

We're a nylon and webbing shop. Pouches, modular systems, load-bearing gear, harnesses, cases, and anything that lives in that space — we do it exceptionally well. If it's outside that lane, we'll tell you.

Cut & Sew Production

Straight stitch, pattern sewing, bar tacking — all on our production floor. Runs from 50 to several thousand pieces. Same operators, same standards, every order.

Laser & Strip Cutting

Precision laser cutting for wide fabric panels and strip cutting for webbing. Reduces waste and improves consistency across a run.

Material Sourcing

We source Berry Amendment-compliant materials and stock a range of Cordura, webbing, hardware, and notions. We can source to spec or work with what you have.

Assembly & Finishing

Hardware attachment, basting, kitting, poly-bagging, labeling. We handle the back-end assembly work that most manufacturers skip.

QC & Inspection

Quality control is built into each stage, not added at the end. We catch problems before they ship — and we own them when we miss one.

Berry-Compliant Production

US-made materials, US labor, US manufacturing. We can document compliance for government contracts and procurement programs that require it.

On lead times

Honest about the timeline.

New product development takes longer than most brands expect. From first conversation to production-ready sample can take 4–10 weeks depending on complexity, documentation quality, and revision cycles. We'll give you a realistic estimate upfront — and update you if anything changes.

Repeat orders on established products move significantly faster. If you're planning recurring production, tell us that at the quote stage — it affects how we set things up.
